Manny Maloney

Manny Maloney serves as President of the Sandvik Mobile Crushing & Screening Division, overseeing a workforce of over 800 employees across multiple countries in Southeast Asia, including Indonesia, the Philippines, and Japan. With an extensive legal background, Manny has held significant roles such as General Counsel for Sandvik Mining & Rock Technology, managing a USD 4 billion revenue operation and handling various legal matters from M&A to trade compliance. Previous experiences include positions as Chief Legal Counsel for the APAC region and Director at the Australian Business Council of Sweden, complemented by a solid foundation in technology and IP law at Clayton Utz. Educational qualifications include an Executive Leadership Program from IMD, a course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, leadership training in negotiation from Harvard Law School, and a dual degree in Business and Law from QUT.
