Pamela Storan

Pamela Storan is an experienced professional in the field of compensation and benefits, currently serving as the Head of Compensation and Benefits at Sandvik Machining Solutions since May 2023. Prior to this role, Storan was the Rewards Director at Nexi Group from November 2021 to April 2023 and held leadership positions at TietoEVRY, including Head of Compensation & Benefits and Senior Rewards Consultant from October 2019 to October 2021. Storan has extensive experience at Ericsson, where roles included Head of Total Rewards for various business units and HR Subject Matter Expert on Total Rewards from April 2005 to October 2019. Early career experience includes HR roles at NHTV Breda University of Applied Sciences and Adecco Group Nederland. Storan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Avans University of Applied Sciences and a Propedeuse in Economy and Administration.
