Alexandre Colas

Alexandre Colas has extensive experience in research and academia, having worked as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Sanford Burnham Prebys from January 2008 to December 2013, and currently serving as an Associate Professor at the same institution since January 2016. Additionally, Colas has worked as a Research Project Scientist at UC San Diego Jacobs School of Engineering from January 2013 to December 2015. Colas' research lab focuses on the discovery and mechanistic characterization of processes related to cardiac cell fate acquisition and function, using a variety of human cell models in their experiments.
