Matt Student

Matt Student is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in management, distilling, and education. Currently serving as the Manager East Coast - Consulting at Sanibel Group since 2022, Matt Student focuses on relationship-centric primary due diligence work to assist clients in identifying subject matter experts and unique survey respondent pools. Previously, Matt Student worked as a Distiller at Tuthilltown Spirits Distillery from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, Matt Student held roles as Tasting Room Manager and Assistant Winemaker at Whitecliff Vineyard from 2012 to 2019. Matt Student's career began in education, serving as a Teacher and Athletic Director at Our Lady of the Assumption School from 2006 to 2012 and as an Assistant Football Coach at Pomona Pitzer Colleges from 2003 to 2008. Matt Student earned a Bachelor of Arts in Geosciences from Williams College and a Master's degree in Education from the University of Laverne.
