Anna Textor

Anna Textor has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Anna began their career as an intern at Institut Dr. Müller Köln in 2011. In 2013, they worked as an intern at Rocket Internet GmbH, where they focused on scaling and developing internet business models. Anna then moved on to KircherBurkhardt, where they worked as an HR Manager, responsible for creating and implementing content marketing strategies. Anna later joined C3 Creative Code and Content GmbH as the Head of Human Resources, playing a key role in establishing the agency as a leading content marketing agency in Germany. Anna's next career move took their to Universal Music Group, where they worked in the HR department. In 2019, they joined IVY & OAK GmbH as the Head of People & Organization, contributing to the growth of the direct-to-consumer fashion brand. Currently, Anna holds the position of Director of People & Culture at Sanity Group, where they focus on developing and nurturing the company's human resources.

Anna Textor has a strong educational background in various fields. Anna earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Twente in 2011. After that, they pursued a PreMaster degree in Business Administration at the same university from 2010 to 2011. Anna then went on to complete their Master of Science degree in Business Administration at the University of Twente from 2011 to 2013. During their master's studies, they also attended Technische Universität Berlin, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship from 2012 to 2013.
