They have held various positions including Deputy General Manager, Group Manager, Technology Manager, Plant Manager, Production Manager, Technical Engineer, and Production Engineer. Additionally, they have experience in biaxially oriented polypropylene film process control. Ilhan Izmit holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi.
