Tauhira Abrahams has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the technology and business integration fields. Tauhira has worked as Head of Business Intelligence and Business Integration at Sanlam Investments since 2016. Prior to that, they were a Senior Manager in the Technology Practice at Accenture starting in 2005. Abrahams also worked at Sasol, where they were responsible for integrating and aligning service providers to the service management model as Head of Group Service Integration. Tauhira played a key role in the demerger of assets from BHP Billiton to create the South 32 Mining company, managing the technical design activities in the Asset Management and successfully divesting the Information Management business. Abrahams also worked as a Strategy Manager at Sasol Base Chemicals and a Deployment Manager at Kumba Iron Ore. Tauhira led the cutover and deployment of major functions for BHP Billiton - Manganese and served as a Project Manager for Shell Global, responsible for global site systems roll-out and SAP deployment in Brazil. Additionally, they held positions at Shell Global, managing IT infrastructure replacement projects and providing IT operational support for call center relocation. Overall, Abrahams' work experience showcases their expertise in business integration, project management, and strategic planning.
