Pelumi Omolua, ACIPD, ACIPM, is an experienced professional who has held various HR-related positions in Allianz Nigeria Insurance Ltd and Allianz Africa. With a background in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, Pelumi has expertise in HR strategy formulation, implementation, and alignment with business goals. Currently serving as the Regional HR Business Partner at Allianz Africa, Pelumi is responsible for providing strategic and operational support to the HR function across Africa. Previous experience includes roles at Lagos Internal Revenue Service and the Office of the Chief of Staff in Lagos State. Pelumi holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from the University of Leeds.
