Nalini Rajesh

Nalini Rajesh is currently serving as the Assistant Vice President in Human Resources at The Sanmar Group since September 2019. Previously, Nalini was the Deputy General Manager in Human Resources at Sundram Fasteners from April 2007 to September 2019. At Sanmar Engineering Technologies Ltd., Nalini was the Head of Human Resources, overseeing the multi-product, multi-business, and multi-location operations, which included the Products Division and Foundry Division. Nalini also led Learning and Development and Talent Development initiatives at Sundram Fasteners.
