Javier Alejandro Ruiz

Javier Alejandro Ruiz is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as HR Manager at Sanmina since November 2021, Javier oversees a workforce of 850 employees at the Cable Assembly Plant in Guadalupe and Apodaca. Previous roles include HR Jr Manager at Red Spot Paint, where Javier developed policies in key HR areas and managed labor relations and union negotiations.
