Brian Foard

Brian Foard currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for MassBio since April 2024. Foard has been with Sanofi since March 2017, holding various leadership roles including Executive Vice President of Specialty Care, Head of Specialty Care North America, U.S. Country Lead, Global Franchise Head of Immunology, and Global Brand Lead for Dermatology and Respiratory. Prior to Sanofi, Foard spent nearly 18 years at Galderma, where roles included Vice President & General Manager of the US Prescription Business and Vice President of the Global Prescription Business Unit. Foard began professional career in sales and marketing positions, having earned a BSBA in Marketing from East Carolina University between 1992 and 1997.
