Cyril Faguer

Cyril FAGUER is an accomplished finance leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Head of Finance Operations International - Sales & Gross Margin at Sanofi since September 2007. In this role, Cyril oversees finance operations across more than 100 countries, managing a team of over 60 individuals and navigating a sales portfolio of €10 billion. Key achievements include establishing a Center of Excellence and optimizing the Gross-to-Net reporting process. Previously, Cyril held various roles at Sanofi, including Global Revenue Management Head and Finance Director in Central Asia West, and notably improved revenue management strategies and financial performance analytics. Earlier experience includes a position at Aventis Pasteur as Head of Controlling for Africa and the Middle East, where Cyril managed financial reporting and forecasting across multiple regions.
