Dagmar Koschnitzki

Dagmar Koschnitzki currently serves as Head of Quality API Biosynthesis at Sanofi, following a tenure as QA Manager at the same company. From April 2018 to July 2022, Dagmar was QA Microbiology Manager at Novartis, overseeing both Drug Substance and Drug Product, acting as a key connection between Quality Control and Production, and serving as a subject matter expert during audits. Prior experience includes a Postdoctoral Researcher role at Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München, focusing on bacterial cell dynamics, and a Doctoral Researcher position at Deutsches Zentrum für Luft-und Raumfahrt e.V., investigating radiation tolerance in Ignicoccus species. Dagmar holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology from the University of Regensburg and both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and Biology from the University of Cologne.
