Jean-Pierre Baylet

Jean-Pierre Baylet has over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Head of North America Strategy for Vaccines at Sanofi since October 2000. In this role, Jean-Pierre leads strategic initiatives including eCommerce modernization and ERP implementation while being a member of the North American leadership team. Previous positions include General Manager of Sanofi Vaccines Canada, Cluster Head for South Asia and India, and roles in Peru, Colombia, and corporate finance at Aventis and Sanofi. Jean-Pierre's educational background includes a Master’s in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris, an Executive Marketing program from INSEAD, and Marketing Essentials from The Wharton School.
