Jessie-Laure Hardy

Jessie-Laure Hardy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in analytical development within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Head of DS/DP Analytics at Sanofi since January 2017, Jessie-Laure oversees a team of approximately 100 individuals focused on drug substance and drug product analytical development across multiple sites. Previous roles include Head of Analytical Development Unit and Analytical Development Coordinator at Galderma, as well as various managerial positions at FAREVA, Sanofi Pasteur, Bausch + Lomb, and earlier at Sanofi. Academic credentials include a DESS in Organic Chemistry from the University of Montpellier and a Maitrise in Organic Chemistry from Aix-Marseille University.
