Michael Rackish

Michael Rackish has extensive experience in integrated planning and operations management, currently serving as Vice President of Integrated Planning & Operations Management at Sanofi since April 1997. In this role, Michael ensures alignment of strategy and operations within R&D, providing integrated data and analysis to support strategic decisions. Michael previously held multiple vice president positions in program management, project, and portfolio planning at Akzo Nobel Chemicals Inc. from April 1989 to April 1997, along with a role as Regional Controller for Detergents & Surfactants. Michael holds an MBA in Management Accounting from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BSBA in Accountancy from Duquesne University.
