Marjolijn Spoel

Marjolijn Spoel currently serves as the HR Director for Belgium and the Netherlands at Sanoma Learning, leading a team of 15 HR professionals and participating in the HR Leadership Team and BeNe MT. Marjolijn began a career in project management at Atos Origin and tax authorities, holding various roles which laid a foundation in IT infrastructure projects. Education includes a Master's degree from Radboud University and specialized studies in Learning in Organizations from the same institution.
