Burcu Kozik Polat

Burcu Kozik Polat has a strong background in quality assurance and management in the pharmaceutical industry. Burcu started their career as a Quality Control Engineer at Abdi Ibrahim Pharmaceuticals in 2000 and later became a Validation Supervisor. In 2010, they joined Deva as a Quality Assurance Manager, where they were responsible for managing and organizing the quality assurance team, implementing operational excellence practices, and reducing costs while maintaining quality. In 2014, Burcu became the Head of Quality at Pharmactive İlaç Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. And most recently, they worked at Sanovel İlaç as a Quality Assurance Manager, eventually being promoted to Quality Director in July 2020.
