Busisiwe Mgqibi

Busisiwe Mgqibi has extensive experience in risk management, having held various roles in this field. Busisiwe started their career at Alexander Forbes in 2006 as a Risk Management Officer, where they worked until 2008. Busisiwe then joined Standard Bank Group as a Business Risk Officer from 2008 to 2010. After that, they worked at Metropolitan Health Group as an Employee Risk Manager from 2010 to 2013. In 2014, they briefly worked at Phumelela Gaming & Leisure Limited as a Risk and Compliance Officer. Most recently, they have been working at SANRAL since 2018, where they hold the position of Head of Risk Management.
