Lakshminarayan K Naik is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in engineering and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Machine Shop Quality at Sansera Engineering Limited since December 2022, Lakshminarayan has previously worked as an Engineer at TaeguTec India Pvt Ltd from January 2014 to December 2022, where expertise in developing and implementing quality standards, particularly AS9100, was demonstrated. Proficient in quality control methodologies including APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, and SPC, Lakshminarayan also possesses basic knowledge of CATIA V5 and is familiar with project and product management.
