Janet Avalos

Janet Avalos is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in management and education. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Learning and Design and previously as a Training Manager at Hai Hospitality since October 2021, Janet has demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing training programs. Additionally, Janet has worked at Loro Asian Smokehouse & Bar since March 2018 in various management roles, including Manager and Key Bartender/SA. Earlier in Janet's career, experience includes teaching at the Santa Barbara County Education Office. Janet holds a Bachelor's degree in Chicano Studies and Spanish from the University of California, Santa Barbara, earned in 2009.
