Kelsey McGinnis

Kelsey McGinnis is an experienced museum professional, currently serving as Registrar at the Santa Barbara Museum Of Art since January 2019, following various roles including Associate Registrar and Assistant Registrar. Prior positions include Interim Registrar at the Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis and Assistant Registrar for the Collection Survey at the Saint Louis Art Museum. Kelsey has also held roles such as Graduate Assistant at the Saint Louis Art Museum, Registrar Intern at the Philadelphia Museum of Art and Mildred Lane Kemper Art Museum, and Program Assistant at McElwain Fine Arts. Kelsey began a career in cultural institutions as Visitor and Member Services Assistant at the Saint Louis Art Museum and Market Researcher at Campbell Rinker. Kelsey holds a Master's degree in Museology/Museum Studies from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
