Mai Xee Chang is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in quality and process improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Quality & Process Improvement at Santa Clara Family Health Plan since August 2022, Mai Xee Chang previously held key roles including Strategic Improvement Director at Valley Health Plan and Manager of Performance Measurement & Improvement at Beacon Health Options. Significant accomplishments include developing Value-Based Payment programs, enhancing HEDIS project processes, and overseeing quality improvement activities in health plan operations. Mai Xee Chang's educational background includes a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from LSU Shreveport and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from DeVry University.
