Adam Wade has extensive experience in education, currently serving as a Teacher and Coordinator of Technology, Testing, & Accountability at the Santa Cruz County Office of Education since August 2009. In this role, Adam oversees technology and accountability for alternative education programs, contributing to 24 academic programs across 19 school sites. Previously, Adam was the Coordinator of Curriculum & Instruction, focusing on professional development and curriculum support, resulting in impactful learning programs for over 300 local teachers. Prior experience includes serving as Coordinator of Education Technology at the Los Angeles County Office of Education, where Adam designed professional learning initiatives and managed grant programs, and as a teacher in the Covina-Valley Unified School District, leading 5th grade instruction and a summer school program for Spanish-speaking students. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Community Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from California State University, Fullerton, and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
