Dustin Douros, OTR/L, currently serves as an Occupational Therapist at the Santa Cruz County Office of Education since August 2022, where responsibilities include evaluating students to identify strengths and areas of need, as well as collaborating on individualized education plans (IEPs). Previously, Dustin held positions as an Occupational Therapy Fieldwork II Student at California Children's Services and at Dignity Health Dominican Hospital, focusing on comprehensive evaluations and treatment planning for diverse patient populations. Dustin's experience also includes clinical placements at San Jose State University's OT Clinic and Dignity Health Medical Foundation, as well as instructional aide roles within the Santa Cruz County Office of Education, where skills in lesson planning and support for students with disabilities were developed. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from San Jose State University, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Cabrillo College.
