Crystal Ybarra

Crystal Ybarra has worked at Santa Fe Public Schools since 2013. Crystal currently holds the position of Chief Equity, Diversity and Engagement Officer. In addition, they have also worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Community Engagement and as a Program Coordinator. Prior to their work at Santa Fe Public Schools, Crystal worked at Los Alamos National Laboratory as an FBA from 2008 to 2011.

Crystal Ybarra achieved an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Criminal Justice from Santa Fe Community College, which they attended from 2004 to 2006. Crystal then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology at the College of Santa Fe from 2006 to 2007. Continuing their education, Crystal earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, as well as a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Social Work, both from New Mexico Highlands University, which they attended from 2007 to 2009.
