Robin Ilac

Robin Ilac is an experienced educator currently serving as an Instructional Coach for Santa Maria Bonita School District since August 2023. With a long-standing association with AVID Center, Robin has been an On Call Part Time Employee since April 2015, contributing as a Digital Subject Matter Expert for eLearning Projects and facilitating professional development for educators nationwide. Prior to this, Robin spent over two decades at Guadalupe Union School District, achieving roles such as AVID District Director, Social Studies Teacher, AVID Excel District Leader, and ASB Advisor. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Brandman University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from Azusa Pacific University, among other credentials.
