Doug Verwolf is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the seafood industry and supply chain management. Currently serving as Vice President & General Manager at Santa Monica Seafood since September 2023, Doug previously held multiple leadership positions at Superior Foods Co., including Chief Commerce Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Director of Purchasing, and Frozen Seafood Buyer from July 2010 to August 2023. Earlier in the career, Doug worked at Summit Sales Group, Inc. in sales from June 2004 to June 2010, and as Fresh Seafood Buyer at Superior Foods Co. from June 2002 to June 2004. Doug's career began at Distribution Planning Inc. as Purchasing Manager from March 2000 to June 2002 and at Mazda Great Lakes as Distribution Center Supervisor from May 1988 to March 2000.
