Aaron Blue, MD, MSc, FACEP

Dr. Aaron Blue has worked in the medical field since 2000. Aaron began as a Research Assistant at the University of Idaho, then moved on to become a Psychiatric Emergency Services Clinical Assistant at Parkland Hospital in 2008. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Resident Emergency Physician at JPS Health Network, where they conducted research on universal ED-based HIV screening, independent risk factors for ED visits for congestive heart failure, and optimal treatment protocols for otic foreign body management. Aaron then worked as an Attending Physician and Prehospital Care Medical Director at St Joseph Hospital from 2014 to 2015, and has been an Emergency Physician at Vituity since 2017.

Aaron Blue, MD, MSc, FACEP obtained their Doctor of Medicine (MD) from UT Southwestern Medical Center in 2011. During their time there, they also completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, U. of London in 2010. Aaron obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Microbiology, General from the University of Idaho in 2004. Aaron also attended the University of Reading, but did not receive a degree. In 2015, they obtained Board Certification in Emergency Medicine from the American College of Emergency Physicians.
