Armando Zambrano

Armando Zambrano is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching and tutoring. Currently serving as a Private Tutor for the Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians since September 2011, Armando has held various roles within the School District, including Language Census Coordinator and full-time teacher, as well as coaching soccer and sponsoring extracurricular activities. From September 2003 to June 2006, Armando worked as a Spanish and Music Teacher at Santa Inez High School, where responsibilities included conducting band music and elementary music programs. Prior to that, from September 1993 to June 2003, Armando served as a 4th Grade Teacher at La Purisima School, covering all subjects and coordinating the school's computer lab network. Armando's educational background includes a BA in Music Composition from UC Santa Barbara (1977-1980) and a high school diploma from Holy Trinity High School in Chicago, Illinois (1963-1967).
