Marius Pienaar

Marius Pienaar has a diverse work experience in the field of data analytics and actuarial science. Marius started their career at TransUnion as a Senior Analytics Consultant in 2006 and then moved to Creditinfo Solutions as a Consultant in 2008. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at Standard Bank Group in various roles related to scorecard development and monitoring. Marius then joined The Foschini Group Limited as a CRM and Credit Analyst from 2015 to 2019. In 2019, they transitioned to Santam Insurance, where they held the positions of Head of Data Analytics and Actuary, showcasing their expertise in the field. Additionally, they served as an Extraordinary Lecturer at North West University during their tenure from 2013 to 2016.

Marius Pienaar completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Insurance Science at the University of Pretoria from 1999 to 2002.
