Lucia Cardoza

Lucia Cardoza is a skilled culinary professional with experience in various management and chef roles across the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as BOH & Catering Management at SanTan Brewing Company since November 2020, Lucia oversees quality control for both onsite and offsite catering, focusing on delivering a scratch recipe experience for private events. Previously, as a Sous Chef at Alter Brewing Company from March 2020 to November 2020, Lucia assisted in recipe development and maintained kitchen standards to enhance guest experiences. Additionally, Lucia served as Kitchen Manager at O’hares Irish Pub and Restaurant from April 2017 to May 2019. Lucia holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, completed in 2020.
