Dariusz Paczewski

Dariusz Paczewski serves as the Head of Digital Innovations Office at Santander Bank Polska since June 2016, following a role as Head of Innovation Office at Raiffeisen Bank, where systematic Innovation Management was introduced. Dariusz has extensive experience at Raiffeisen Bank from September 2008 to May 2016, creating the R&D/innovation unit and managing electronic banking development. Additionally, Dariusz co-founded the IQBBA certification scheme and has held various technical roles, including SQC consultant at Capgemini and SQA Analyst at EraCent, focusing on quality assurance and testing processes.
