Dan Mazo

Dan Mazo is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and finance. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Santander Bank, N.A. since September 2010, Dan has previously held positions as Attorney at Curtin & Heefner, LLP from 2002 to 2010 and as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Wachovia Corporation from 1992 to 2002. Dan earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School between 1985 and 1988 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Russian Studies from the University of Virginia, obtained in 1985.
