Maha Madain

Maha Madain is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Santander Bank, N.A. since July 2021, Maha focuses on marketing, insights, and customer experience. Previously, Maha held strategic roles at MUFG, including Executive Director of Consumer & Business Banking and Managing Director and Head of Enterprise Marketing at MUFG Union Bank, where Maha was recognized for leadership in brand identity and multi-channel marketing strategies. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Marketing Officer at PurePoint Financial, where Maha partnered in launching a new hybrid digital bank, and roles at Union Bank, Bank of America, and Chase, specializing in product management and marketing operations. Maha holds a BS in Economics and Marketing from California State University, Northridge, and has additional education from Kuwait University.
