Kenneth Hibbler

Kenneth Hibbler is a seasoned professional and Diversity Champion with extensive experience in culture, engagement, and inclusion at Santander Consumer USA since June 2022, serving as Associate Vice President. Prior to this role, Kenneth held various positions at Santander Bank, N.A., including US Supplier Diversity Coordinator and Sr Analyst for Procurement Oversight. Kenneth also contributed to Santander Consumer USA Inc. in IT procurement focused on mobile and software management from 2012 to 2018. Entrepreneurship was demonstrated through ownership of Hey Suga!, a specialty catering service from 2006 to 2018. In addition, Kenneth was Editor-in-Chief at Krave Magazine and held significant roles in IT and public relations at CoreLogic and Flair for Fashion, respectively. Education includes studies at Stanford University (2012-2016) and Our Lady of the Lake University (1999-2001).
