Flemming Kirkskov

Flemming Kirkskov has extensive work experience in IT development, application management, and operations. Flemming started their career in 1991 as an Application Manager at IRI Software and then moved on to become an IT Business Analyst at Nycomed Pharma in 1995. Flemming worked on various projects, including the European Product Database and SAP implementation. In 1999, they joined Loreal Denmark as a CIO and held the position until 2012. After that, they worked at Santander Consumer Bank AS, DK as an IT Director from 2012 to 2014. Kirkskov then joined Santander Consumer Bank - Nordics in 2014, where they held various roles, including Technology & Operations Director, Head of IT Application Development Nordics, and currently serves as the Head of IT Development and Applications.

Flemming Kirkskov obtained a Master's degree in Economics from Aalborg University between 1986 and 1991. In 2003-2004, they attended INSEAD and completed a program in Leadership for Growth. Additionally, in July 2021, they obtained the certification of "Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist" from Scaled Agile, Inc.
