Tânia Costa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management and data analysis. Currently a CRM Senior Analyst at Santander Portugal since October 2022, Tânia has previously held roles as a Data Scientist and Customer Satisfaction Manager at Allianz from August 2015 to September 2022, and as a specialist in Customer Relationship Management and Statistics at BNP Paribas from 2009 to August 2015.
