Mark O'Callaghan

Mark O'Callaghan currently serves as the Head of Industrial Relations and Change at Santander UK since May 2018. Prior to this role, Mark worked as a Senior Manager in Industrial Relations at Ford Motor Company, where Mark held various HR positions from March 2001 to May 2018.
