Rachel North

Rachel North is an experienced professional in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development PMO Lead at Santander UK since February 2015, where responsibilities include creating the Corporate & Commercial L&D programme. Rachel has held various leadership roles at Santander, overseeing core lending products and supporting initiatives such as the LIBOR to SONIA migration. Prior to Santander, Rachel served at the Royal Bank of Scotland and Barclays Bank in roles focused on market management, product development, and targeted marketing communications. Education includes a Chartered Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from Oxford College of Marketing and a BA in Business Studies from the University of West London.
