Steph Tangen

Steph Tangen is a Senior Portfolio Manager at Santander UK, specializing in strategic change and planning within the EPMO Chief Transformation Office since October 2012. In this role, Steph focuses on managing enterprise-wide change portfolios, ensuring strategic alignment, and promoting best practices for agile methodologies, including Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
