Matthew Mayer, EdD, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Community Impact and Social Innovation at Santander US, where responsibilities include aligning organizational risk factors with impact strategies and generating solutions for complex social issues. Prior experience includes serving as a Social Impact Consultant at Dash7Global, LLC, where efforts led to significant improvements for at-risk community members and legislative funding for autism support. Additionally, as Senior Vice President for Social Innovation and Sustainability at CZS/Brookfield Zoo, Matthew developed successful social impact strategies that resulted in enhanced community trust and substantial government revenue. Matthew holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change from the University of Southern California, an Executive Program certificate in Social Entrepreneurship from Stanford University, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies from the University of Illinois Springfield, and a Master of Arts in Community Sustainability from Western Kentucky University.
