Jimmy Staton

Jimmy Staton is the current President & CEO at Santee Cooper. Jimmy has held this position since April 2014. Prior to this, they were the Executive Vice President and Group CEO at NiSource from February 2008 to April 2014. Jimmy was also the President & Chief Executive Officer at Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline from December 2016 to March 2022, and the Executive Vice President at Venture Global LNG from January 2015 to November 2016.

Jimmy Staton was a student at Bossier High School. Jimmy then went on to Louisiana State University where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering.
