Lisa Helton

Lisa Helton has a robust background in supporting the educational needs of children, particularly those with special needs. Currently serving as a Student Support Assistant at Santee School District since October 2017, Lisa applies extensive experience gained as a Special Education Behavior Technician at San Diego Unified School District since October 2008, where support is provided to students with IEPs through behavior management strategies and staff training. Previously, Lisa worked at Rady Children's Hospital from December 2004 to January 2011 as a Teacher/Substitute Teacher for children aged birth to 5 years at Alexa's Playc. Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Child and Family Development from San Diego State University.
