Marco Castellini

Marco Castellini has had a diverse range of work experience in finance and management roles. Marco started their career at Air Liquide as an Assistant to the Group Treasurer before moving on to Sanofi Pasteur, where they worked as a Group Treasurer and later as an Administration and Finance Manager. Following this, they joined Bio-Rad Laboratories as a Controller for Italy and Southern Europe. From there, they worked at BSN medical, initially as an Administration and Controller Manager for the Italian subsidiary, and later as a Finance Director, Regional Controller, Project leader, and Member of the Board of Director. Marco then worked as a Temporary Finance Manager at TDR Holding, before joining Santen as an Associate Finance Director and eventually becoming a Finance Director for the EMEA West Region and UK. Throughout their career, Marco has been responsible for a range of financial activities, including accounting, reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and people management. Marco has also played a key role in SAP implementation projects and has a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Marco Castellini attended Università Bocconi from 1987 to 1992, where they obtained a Laurea degree in Economia Aziendale.
