Ilaria D'onofrio

Ilaria D'onofrio has been working in the field of Talent Acquisition since 2006. Ilaria began their career as an Assistant Store Manager at The Walt Disney Company, where they were in charge of a 22-person sales team, prepared and followed up on the store's PNL, monitored customer satisfaction and complaints, and organized and followed up on store inventory checks. From 2008 to 2012, Ilaria worked as a Regional Recruitment Specialist Retail/Food at M.H. Alshaya Co., where they managed the recruitment activities for the Lifestyle, Luxury and Department Stores Divisions in UAE and GCC. In 2014, they moved to Al Tayer Group as a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive, where they set up and rolled out the resourcing strategy for the biggest portfolio in Al Tayer Retail. In 2018, Ilaria joined Randstad Sourceright as a Manager, Talent Delivery/Manager, Acquisition de Talents - Dedicated to BNP Paribas, where they led a team of 4 recruiters and 2 coordinators in providing Talent Acquisition support to their client. Most recently, in 2019, Ilaria joined Disneyland Paris as a Talent Acquisition Manager, G&A and Professional Recruitment. In 2022, they will be taking on the role of Talent Acquisition Director/Head of International HRBP at Santévet.

Ilaria D'onofrio completed a Bachelor's degree in Translator and Interpreter of Foreign Languages from Universita degli studi di Napoli l'Orientale from 2002 to 2006. Ilaria also obtained a Bachelor in Science in Accounting from Istituto Tecnico Commerciale from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, they hold an ECDL European Computer Driving License.
