María Jimena Caro

María Jimena Caro has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. María Jimena currently works as a Program Manager at Santex, a position they started in July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Incutex, where they held two roles. From February 2015 to November 2019, they served as an Office Manager, responsible for supporting and investing in passionate entrepreneurial teams. Additionally, from November 2019 onwards, they served as the Responsible for Open Innovation.

Before their time at Incutex, Caro worked at Mundos E as an Agile Methodologies Trainer, a role they started in October 2020. María Jimena also worked at Tata Consultancy Services as an Accounts Receivable Specialist and later as an Accounts Receivable Team Coordinator from May 2013 to December 2014.

Caro also has experience in customer service, having worked as a Customer Service Assistant at Avis Budget Group from June 2012 to May 2013. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at AIESEC, a global youth-led organization, including Exchange Participants Manager and Outgoing Exchange Coordinator.

Earlier in their career, Caro worked as an Administrative Assistant at Zona Zero Video Juegos, where they handled administration tasks and data entry. María Jimena started in December 2010 and left in May 2012. Lastly, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort in 2007.

María Jimena Caro obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Universidad Católica de Córdoba between the years 2007 and 2011. María Jimena then pursued a Diploma in Entrepreneurship Management from the Universidad Empresarial 'Siglo 21' between 2015 and 2016. Afterwards, they furthered their education and completed a Master's degree in Business Administration from the same university between 2017 and 2019.
