Derrick G. is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in real estate, hospitality, skincare, and consulting. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of HautGroup since August 2005, Derrick has guided a multifaceted entity involved in real estate development, hospitality services, skincare products, and consulting. Derrick founded The Coveted Group in 2012, focusing on tourist-based fractional real estate projects, and co-created Flora Farms Mexico, where Derrick oversees a similar project. Additionally, Derrick co-founded Santo Cabo, specializing in all-natural skincare products, and has taken on leadership roles in property management with Coveted Stays and upscale vacation property development with Casa Blanca East Cape. Derrick is also a co-founder of The Oliver, a boutique hotel brand, and co-owns two off-grid upscale eco-resorts, Meilahn Farms and Smith Butte Resort. In the culinary realm, Derrick established Outpost Restaurant & Bar and has a background in architectural design. Derrick's educational foundation includes studies at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and Torrey Pines High School.
