Fabíola Stocco Baccarin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and innovation. Currently serving as Gerente Executiva de Customer Experience at Santos Brasil since June 2020, Fabíola has also been an active Community Member at Amigos do CX since August 2018. Prior experience includes leading customer experience initiatives at Brazil Dental and managing projects at Comgás, where significant improvements in customer satisfaction and process efficiency were achieved. With a strong foundation in marketing and communications from earlier roles at Philips Lighting and Agência de Comunicações ECA Jr., Fabíola holds an MBA in Consumer Sciences from ESPM and a Bachelor's in Public Relations from USP.
