Benjamin Ducker

Benjamin Ducker is a Senior Reservoir Engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently employed at Santos Ltd, Benjamin is responsible for managing a significant infill program and enhancing the performance of existing wells in the Roma Coal Seam Gas development. Prior experience includes senior roles at TotalEnergies, focusing on high-pressure, high-temperature (HPHT) fields such as Elgin & Franklin and Culzean, where Benjamin developed strategies to optimize reservoir performance and asset life. Previously, at Maersk Oil, Benjamin led reservoir engineering studies and decision analysis for major gas development projects. Benjamin's career began at Bridge Energy Norge AS, working on diverse asset evaluations, and included project management roles at BASF. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and a Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Manchester.
